The 6th Annual When Pigs Fly Indoor BBQ Bash™ returns to the Show Me Center January 24th, 2026. Doors open at 10:00am and admission includes SAMPLING at ALL professional BBQ team booths for BBQ (Peoples’ Choice Judging) and the Hero’s Cup!
Come out and meet some of the biggest names in the game! Hero’s Cup coaches will be announced in the upcoming weeks!
Games & Live Music all under the amazing BBQ aroma inside the Show Me Center where it’s guaranteed to be 70 degrees! Again this year, you can watch all of the PRO BBQ Teams throw down in a Steak Cookoff Association contest as well.
