The 4th Annual When Pigs Fly Indoor BBQ Bash™ returns to the Show Me Center on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Doors open at 10:30am and admission includes SAMPLING at ALL professional BBQ team booths for BBQ (Peoples’ Choice Judging) and the Hero’s Cup!
Come out and meet the biggest names in BBQ like the Winningest MAN in BBQ, Myron Mixon. Plus Heath Riles, Mathew Griner Josh DeWitt, Jeremy Williams and so many more.
Games & Live Music all under the amazing BBQ aroma inside the Show Me Center where it’s guaranteed to be 70 degrees! Again this year, you can watch all of the PRO BBQ Teams throw down in a Steak Cookoff Association contest as well.

We are on the hunt for 10 teams to participate in the 2024 When Pigs Fly BBQ Bash, and your team may be the perfect fit. Whether you are a team that competes professionally or you are just a group of friends that cook really darn good barbecue, we want your application.
Don’t forget your video. We will be sharing the team videos of each team selected, so get creative and HAVE FUN with it. It’s only a camera. There is nothing to be afraid of!
We will notify the selected teams by the end of November to ensure you have plenty of time to prepare for the big day.
